TAROM is a Romanian airline based in Otopeni, near Bucharest. Since it’s a European airline, there are two regulations that apply to most of its flights – EC261, often called the European flight compensation regulation, and the Regulation UK261 (its UK counterpart). Every time TAROM flight is delayed for 3+ hours, cancelled last-minute or overbooked, you may be entitled to UK / EU flight compensation. Don’t forget to file a claim!
EU and UK air passenger rights laws are practically identical.
